Began my professional journey as a Website Designer, focusing on creating responsive, user-friendly website layouts and visual interfaces. Worked closely with developers and clients to translate requirements into clean designs, gaining hands-on experience in UI principles, usability, and real-world project delivery.

Served as a Graphic Designer, responsible for delivering a wide range of digital and print design solutions for diverse clients. My work included logo design, complete brand identity development, 3D visual designs, flex and large-format prints, flyers, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

I worked closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into visually compelling designs. I also ensured that all designs were print-ready, maintaining high standards for color accuracy, layout, and production quality. This role strengthened my creative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple design projects efficiently across both digital and physical media.

Joined Blue IT Technologies in 2022 as a Senior UI/UX Designer, where I also take on the responsibilities of Team Lead and General Manager. I lead the complete UI/UX design process for websites and digital products, ensuring intuitive user experiences, modern visual design, and alignment with business objectives.

As a team lead, I manage and mentor designers and developers, oversee design quality, assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timely project execution. I collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, translate ideas into scalable design solutions, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

In my general management role, I am involved in project planning, team coordination, workflow optimization, client handling, and strategic decision-making. I ensure smooth internal operations, resource management, and consistent delivery of high-quality results.

This role reflects my growth into a leadership position, combining hands-on design expertise with management, strategy, and operational responsibilities, while driving team performance and client satisfaction.

Currently working remotely with WebInfinites as a Website Designer and Graphic Designer, while also contributing to project coordination and team management. I design and maintain modern, responsive websites, create user-focused UI layouts, and deliver high-quality digital branding and marketing assets.

My responsibilities include UI/UX design, website layout planning, graphic design for digital platforms, branding, and visual content creation, ensuring consistency across all client touchpoints. In addition, I collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to manage project workflows, timelines, and design standards.

This role has strengthened my ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and align creative execution with business goals while maintaining high-quality design delivery.
